Volume replacement and facial enhancement treatments are non-surgical procedures designed to restore lost volume, enhance facial features, and improve overall facial balance. As we age, our skin naturally loses collagen, elastin, and fat, leading to sagging, hollowing, and the formation of deeper lines. Volume replacement treatments restore structure and add volume to areas such as the cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, and under-eye area.

Bookings

All bookings can be made online via our booking link. No deposit is required, however, you will need to enter your card details to secure your appointment time.
Policies

Cancellation Policy We are a small business and any booking amendments require a minimum of 48 hours notice as our clinic is ran by appointment only, so we require enough time to contact someone on the waitlist to attempt to fill any last minute availabilities. We ask that you respectfully give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do happen to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will occur which will be 50% of your reserved service. If you are a no show, or cancel on the day you will be required to pay 100% of your service. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment and another email reminder 24 hours before. These reminders are a courtesy and do not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once they have been made.

After your treatment it is best not to unnecessarily touch or massage the area for a few days, though normal make-up routines may be adhered to. It is also advised to avoid unnecessary exposure to heat, cold, and sun for up to two weeks following your injections.

Avoid anti-inflammatory/blood thinning medications if possible for a period of 2 weeks before treatment. Medications and supplements such as aspirin, vitamin E, green tea, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St. John’s Wort, Omega 3/Fish Oil supplements, Ibuprofen and NSAIDS have a blood-thinning effect and can increase the risk of bruising and swelling after injections.

Do not rub or massage the injected area for the first 24 hours after treatment. It is also important not to allow any direct pressure on the area such as sleeping on the face or face-down massage, extreme temperature changes, strenuous exercise, exposure to prolonged sunlight, and excessive alcohol use in the 24 hours after treatment.
