Founded in 2021 by Registered Nurse Monique, Bare Facial Aesthetics is a trusted Ballarat-based cosmetic clinic specialising in anti-aging treatments for wrinkles and skin, volume replacement and enhancements, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Monique is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse and leading Cosmetic Nurse based in Ballarat, Victoria. She is the proud Founder and Director of Bare Facial Aesthetics, a boutique aesthetic clinic dedicated to delivering premium cosmetic treatments and non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments. Monique is also the Co-Owner of Contour Co, further demonstrating her commitment to innovation and leadership within the Australian aesthetic industry.
With over 7 years of nursing experience in both hospital and clinical settings and more than 11 years in the dermal and cosmetic industry, Monique brings a unique blend of medical expertise and beauty knowledge to every treatment. Her extensive background ensures that every client is treated with precision, care, and a deep understanding of both skin health and facial anatomy.
In addition to her work with clients, Monique is proudly serves as a Clinical Trainer for Juv’ae—Australia’s leading aesthetic education and cosmetic distributor. In her training role, Monique mentors and educates fellow nurses across the country in safe cosmetic treatments, full-face assessment, and advanced injectable techniques. Her commitment to raising standards in the aesthetic industry reflects her deep passion for education and client safety.
